I need to know what you mean by door code.

There is a VECI label on the drivers door or door frame with all the codes like paint color, trim color, radio, trans, axle, VIN number 17 digit, build date, etc.

How do i find out the push button code to open drivers door

check your manual. sometimes its on the inside cover of the manual. additionally go to "youtube and put in the year of your truck" My expedition code was found on bottom of steering colum. Ford puts the code in various places depending on the year. Some codes are found on passengers side under the glove compartment........"Youtube" is an awesome training tool, try it and I am willing to bet you will find your answer there.

2004 Expedition - rear heat blows cold air only. I'm told that the blender or damper door is likely broken. Does anyone have a diagram of the rear heating system I can follow to replace this part?

The Expedition uses the same HVAC system as the Ford F150 pickup truck. The Expedition is a little tricky though because you have to remove the center console and floor heat distribution vent to access the actuator motor. Once you remove the motor, you can examine the blend door axle for cracks or breakage. This is a common fail mode on the Expedition.

HeaterTreater is the world's leading company for aftermarket blend door fixes and has a product for the Expedition. Additional diagnostic information and pictures are available on the Ford Expedition HeaterTreater Ebay listing or the web site at www.heatertreater.net. There is an inexpensive effective fix available that replaces the cheap plastic door with steel that will outlast the vehicle.

How to change spark plugs 2004 ford expedition 5.4l

These plugs can be difficult, the plug design sucks and if you are not careful you can break them off in the head. Ford issued a TSB069-2008-1 on how to properly remove the plugs and also there is a special tool so if you break a plug off. My friends cost him 300 for a dealer to do it and saved a lot of time. Hope this helps you out.....
