Both banks are running lean meaning they are getting too much air and not enough fuel.
To start I'd try an expensive can of fuel cleaner which may just clean up your system enough to clear the codes.
If carbon has built up or fuel is low and gunk is entering the system, this could be the problem especially if you run your gas tank to near low a lot and if you rarely use a fuel cleaner.

What is a CO sensor? Never heard of it. a 1999 OBD2 ford has approximately 1600 possible fault codes most of which can turn on the light. If you dont know which one is turning it on, you are guessing randomly which is expensive and usually unsuccessful. get the code(s) and then diagnose the possible causes. The vehicle you list (99 4L explorer) rarely had injector problems. Much more common were EGR sensor(DPFE) sticking at voltage, evap problems, misfires, and lean conditions due to dirty MAF, or vacuum leaks. get the fault code, or you will not fix the problem.

My 1999 Ford Explorer has the ABS and Engine light lit. When I put on the scanner, detected errors with the following codes: C1230, P0171 and P0174. What problem does my ford explorer?

You will need a book for that...and good luck at finding what you need, the Chilton Books, and others have cut their info. back to maintenance only...for the most part. go to AutoZone, They have a good system, and if you find a friendly Parts Person, they might be able to help you...or you can take it to a known, good, Mechanic...

1999 GMC suburban is markin PO 1345 code.

That is a cam to crank position correlation code. I understand you can adjust it by turning the distributor until the value is right. You need a scan tool to see the value and check it each time you adjust the distributor.

Eng. light is on what can be wrong

1999 ford explorer Check engine light is on ?------------

The check engine light comes ON when the cars computer (the ECU) notices any kind of electrical problem in car. In this case I suggest you to get your car scanned at autozone service center. It's absolutely free. In scanning the error codes will be retrieved. As per the error code you can check which part is faulty and replace that particular part. This will solve the problem.---------- This will help. Thanks. Helpmech.

Check and clean the MAF (mass air flow sensor). you will need a #20 anti-tamper torx bit and some carburetor cleaner. Be careful with the sensor it is delicate.

po 174 is typically accompanied by code po 171 however the code is normally a vaccum leak fords normally have an issue with the pcv valve hose collapsing a busting or either the plastic intakes have a vaccum leak that clears up when the engine warms up which is normally the upper plenum gaskets

PO 171 and PO174 codes but different problem

transmision shifts are based on engine load imputs a 171 and 174 refer to a lean condition therefor the shift is being based on an assumed cold engine so yes it may be related
