The batteries are going flat and I can't open the door

Is it the vehicle battery or your remote battery? If it is the remote battery change it. Many vehicles have a manual lock as well so you can open the door with a key. If it is the vehicle battery you will need to get a door open so you can get in, pop the hood and get access to check/fix the vehicle battery. I hope this helps.

Remote battery is low on bmw 325i 2004

Change the batteries. The remote can be opened via screw or will have to be pried open with a screwdriver. Inside you will see the kind of batteries needed, which will most likely be available at Radioshack or similar stores.

I have change my remote battery but still its not working and because of that i cant even start my car because of that remote i dont know whta is the problems.

Are you sure that the problem was the battery first of all? You can easily have the battery checked from where you bought the new one so at least you will eliminate if it's a battery fault or not.
Could be that the remote has some corrosion in it which is impeding its functionability.
Open the remote and check for corrosion which will be seen as greenish crusty deposits.

Remote on '99 Jeep Cherokee not working...

Normally you can get the alarm to shut off by puttin ght key in the ignition or in the door and turning. The remote will need programed with the vehicle. Should run about 50.00 or so for service department to do this. My wife has a '99 cherokee and it did the same thing. I know the remote is the problem.

my suggestion would be to make sure that the codes to the opener match the remote and I would stop by a Sears service center for assistance or a Ace hardware store
