you have engine, transmission codes retrieve to know what is the real problem because when PCM see a problem code is store and module is in safe mode. example; no first gear, no tcc and so on depends on what is the code
means that you have a transmissions code set. Have code retrieve. the pcm is in fault mode and no second gear or tcc apply or else.If code set the check engine light on is repair then the second gear be on again.
Sounds like wiring problems with the engine harness. The oil pressure not working could cause the hard starting problem. The idle problem could be a faulty idle air control valve or a vac leak. I would start with the check engine light and find out what the codes are.
well the quad driver may not be at fualt and most likely is not.
there is a fualt line that the computer uses to monitor for fualts but the thing is one line monitors four different things and the code is to get you in the general area but not to the exact fualt. so from here you need to test for failed components. that code and the quad driver monitors the a/c , evap solniod , egr solenoid and coolant fan relay. the fan relay and egr are the most common i see all the time. and with you having an isssue with that coolant light i want to say check the fan circuit.
let me know if you have more question thank you and good luck
