It's in the fuse box. Since Ford doesn't label the fuses in the box, they just put numbers, you need the owners manual to decipher what fuse controls what.
Are you talking about underhood fuse box or interior fuse box, if you have both?
Your owners manual, hopefully, will tell you which fuse and relay does what? If you don't have an owners manual, you may be able to look at an owners manual online for free.

Buy a manual, it will save you tones of money on simple fixes. I found one at AbesBooks for $10 using Google in 1 minute. These books are a little weak on some pictures but the always have excellent diagrams including the fuse box. Also, try looking in the lid of the fuse box. Just like a box of chocolates you always know what you are going to get if you look at the lid.
There is one inside the vehicle ( see picture below) and the other one is in the engine compartment. The fuses only go by numbers so you will need to look in the owners manual for descriptions for each fuse. Check all fuses with a test light with key on. This is the best way to do it on Fords. Change all blown fuses. Are the brake light BULBS OK? This is the more common cause of.....no brake lights. ....and don't forget the brake light switch if all this fails.
