Question about 1985 Chevrolet Sportvan G20
Three weeks ago we were on a ride when the van acted like it was running out of gas. We made it to the station and put gas in. After that, it had no power on a hill at all. The next day the computer read a Code 44. We had replaced Oxygen sensor, plugs, cap, rotor, coil. Checked for air leaks around the throttle body and don't remember what else. It willl idle, but as soon as you push on the gas pedal, it dies.
Maybe fuel filter needs to be changed. If it is a quadrajet carb check at inline filter?
