1992 Ford F-150 heater blower stopped working...Could it be a fuse?

Pull blower motor for vehicle run a wire to positive connection and ground wire to the ground place other end of the positive wire to the battery if doesnt kick on then replace with new blower. if comes on fuse is good or check for broken wire if these two dont work or short in wireing.

CHECK BLOWER MOTOR FUSE AND RELAY.SEE IF POWER GOING TO BLOWER MOTOR YOU HAVE FAULTY BLOWER MOTOR.IF BLOWER MOTOR FUSE AND RELAY OKAY.IF NO POWER GOING TO BLOWER MOTOR BUT POWER AT AC AND HEATER CONTROL SWITCH. BLOWER MOTOR HAS POOR GROUND OR AC AND HEATER CONTROL SWITCH IS BAD.

I have a 2005 Ford F150 and the heater & ac stopped working. Where do I start to look to fix this problem?


Need a little more info. Does the blower motor still blow? Have you checked the fuses? Is the ac compressor engaging?

Blower doesnt work on 1990 ford van e-150. I


most likely the blower motor! but could be the blower motor resistor! does it work on high setting? if so it is the blower resistor if not most likely the blower itself!

1992 ford tempo blower motor


If you look up behind glove box (it will come out if needed) you should see wires going into heater housing/duct, then out to blower motor. The connector there should be attached to a resistor that may have gone bad. I believe there is 2 small screws holding it in to housing.

2002 F-150 blower motor stopped working.


There are 4 things to check out to pin point the problem: the switch it's self, the blower relay switch, resistor block, and the blower motor it's self. good luck

i found a shorted - broken wire in one like this. its in the main wire harness coming out of the fire wall. goog luck it took awhile to find it
