I have a bmw 335d 08 touring and none of my cigarette lighters work, i have changed the fuse of which hadnt blown what else could it be?

drag out your owners manual and look for the fuse section in the book, there should be between 2 and 3 fuses for your lighter, and 12V accessory ports they are usually tied together, If one fuse goes, none of them work. I'm not familiar with BMW but this is how Ford and Chevy do it.

My car wont pass smog.. the check engine lite is NOT ON.. but smog tests come back as INCOMPLETE... the computer isnt sending any info... what can i do ??

THE FUSE IS PROBABLY BLOWN FOR YOUR OB2 PORT, THIS IS WHERE THEY PLUG INTO, A LOT OF THE TIME THIS FUSE IS TIED IN WITH OTHER ACCESSORIES SUCH AS CIGARETTE LIGHTER, CHECK YOUR FUSES AND CHANGE FAULTY ONES.
THE GARAGE WONT TELL YOU THIS BECAUSE THEY WANT TO CHARGE A DIAGNOSTIC FEE.

What's wrong when diagnostic plug don't work

it is most likely a fuse. the fuse that controls the cig. lighter is many times tied with the diagnostic plug.

2008 nissan versa accessory plug not working

Typically with an accessory plug, there would be a few quick trouble shooting methods. First, check the fuse, if you pull off the fuse box, the diagram will show you exactly where it is. If you change the fuse, and it is still not working, physically look inside the cigarette lighter plug And make sure there is no evidence of rubbish, corrosion or burning. If there is, it is time to replace the plug.

Good luck,
chris

The right and left turn signals on my car are both out and its not the bulb what could be wrong and what do I need to replace

Start cheap, check your fuse for signals. then check your relays . Do they even work with the hazard switch on? It sounds that simple with the first two, sometimes they tie in 1 or two other accessories with that fuse or relay, like brake lights, or interior light, etc. if they do, try that as well, then you'll have a better idea that it's probably just a fuse or relay

Son plugged ac/dc adapter into accessory plug and it sparked and afterwards cigarette lighter and accessory plug does not work anymore. Thinking maybe fuse but don't have manual to know where fuses are....

Look on the end of the drivers dash in between the dash and the door. That will be the interior fuse panel. Remove the fuse panel door. You will see the fuse diagram on the other side of the access cover. Check the fuse labeled as CIG.

I always use a test light and check them all. Usly faster then looking up which fuse it is. Here is a diagram of fuse block anyhow. CIG stands for cigarette lighter.08b0868.png
