It shut off while driving, no warning, no beep no light it just shut down and won't start. I took the air intake hoses off and found oil in there...is this a turbo problem and can it be rebuilt?

Turbo wont cause it not to start. Oil in induction hoses is normal at higher mileage and does not mean needs a turbo again. If turbo sprayed out oil whilst driving you would know about it....masses of smoke from exhaust and unconrtollable engine rpm. Sounds more like a failed CPS (crank sensor) or electrical issue.

AGAIN! STILL NEED HELP ON THIS 2.7 SPRINTER,ALREADY REPLACED THE TURBO BECAUSE I WAS'NT GETTING ANY BOOST, NOW WITH THE NEW TURBO I STILL GOT NO POWER!THE WASTE GATE DOES'NT MOVE AND IF I APLL

THe waste gate is activated by pressure from either the turbo or the oil sustem. If it is physically blocked it wont open. If there is a leak in hoses to the gate it wont open. If the unit is valve operated and the valve sticks, it wont open.

My 2006 Sprinter has over 30,000 miles and when going up long, steep slopes it slows down, but keeps running smooth. I did change the fuel filter recently and that did help but did not solve the problem. ...

YOU HAVE A AIR LEAK IN THE TURBO SYSTEM CK HOSE'S MY 2006 3500 SPLIT THE HOSE HIGH WHISTLING SOUND. LOW POWER / AND LIMP MODES TOO. ORDER THIS AND BINGO IF FIX IT . YES THE OLD TURBO RESONATOR HAD SPLIT TOO. I did not use the o-ring from the old part I found one 1 side down that fit tight around the new part. A loose o-ring is going to weak air too. Got mine on ebay.

Turbo drops in and out and blows black smoke and after 10 miles on highway turbo doesnt work at all and no smoke

Check the plastic muffler on the turbo charger, they have a habit of failing and blocking airflow, shuts down the turbocharger.

Merecedes sprinter 313 cdi. horn not working.

The wiring loom that runs down the front near the radiator and intercooler is prone to rubbing and corroding and shorting out. Check this loom.

If it is in bad shape i'd recommend replacement as the turbo boost sensor wiring and some of the headlamp wiring is in this loom also, and these can cause costly problems and cause the turbo to fail if not replaced.
