1992 4x4 toyota does not idle.

I have a 1992 toyota 4x4 with the 22r-e engine. in the past months my truck started to form a rough idle,but now it will not idle at all. when i start my truck it runs fine cold has all power, but when it warms up its starts to idle rough and shuts off. also when i drive it it has no power unless i fully accellerate it. I did a full tune up , plugs, wires , distributer, rotor, pvc valve, and fuel pump and still will not run . does anyone have a solution?
