Question about 1999 Dodge Intrepid
1999 dodge intrepid. new battery, alt. tested good. Fully charge battery, let sit for 1 hour or more and battery is almost completly dead. Please Help.
SAME THING, HAPPEN TO ME YOU HAVE AN OPEN CIRCUIT SOME
PLACE IN A GROUND WIRE,
A WIRE OR AN OPEN RELAY IS DRAINING YOUR BATTERY.
SOLUTION: CONNECT A (TEST LIGHT) TO YOUR BATTERY NEGATIVE WIRE AND THE POINTY END OF YOUR TEST LIGHT TO THE BATTERY NEGATIVE PORT IS THE LIGHT IS ON YOU GOT A SHORT, DISCONNECT FUSES ONE BY ONE UNTIL YOU SEE THE LIGHT BLINKING , IN MY CASE
THE FUSE THAT I WAS BLINKING WAS THE EMERGENCY BRAKE.
I DISCONNECTED THE EMERGENCY , I LET THE BATTERY CONNECTED ALL NIGHT AND I DON,T HAVE ANY MORE BATTERY DRAIN.......
I HOPE THAT RESOLVED YOUR PROBLEM
