Question about 1999 Ford Explorer
On my 99 ford explorer 4x4 XLT the ride is really hard and rough over normal road conditions. In other words it seem as if the new shocks that were installed recently are not absorbing any of the bumps and holes in the road, and I dont remember it being that way when I got it in 2003. Wondering if this is just how it rides or if there is a problem.
P.S. it doesn't have air ride.
If it was me i would check the shock mount at the top to make sure they are in good shape and checkout the tires to make sure you do not have a bad one or two and also check the stabilizer bar to make the bushings are not bad
