Question about 2004 Dodge Stratus
I recently installed a new stereo into my 2004 dodge stratus and after doing so the stereo will not turn on and the power locks will not work. I tried putting the factory stereo back in but it too doesn't work. Checked all the fuses and they seem to be fine. I also resetted the battery for about an hour and that did nothing! I can't seem to figure out what the problem is. I know for sure that I installed the stereo correctly so it has to be a problem with fuses/relays/battery. Can someone help me?
Checked all fuse in dash are, as well as power distribution box under hood?

ok first the fan relay should be located inside the elecrical box. this is usually located on the drivers side under the hood. next even you have only one speed when you turn the switch it's because the reostat is bad it is located in the fan motor housing. hope this helps.

i had this problem to, do not hook the ground wire from truck to your radio. use the braided wire that hooked to your old factory radio by inserting a bolt into the braided wire and ground from your new radio.
then check fuses one more time and you are good to go.I didnt think this would work but it did..

you have to goto best buy wal mart or somewhere like htat they sell an adapter that converts speaker wire to rcs its like 20 to 30 bucks what i did is take the left rear speaker and direct wired it to the right side then conected the converter box to the left rear wires and then you can go from there with your rcas
