Dealer no longer makes parts for 1990 Mitsubishi Montero.. And now that I have had time to study the part and location.. I found that it is the transfer case, and the part is one of the 4W/D indicator light switches... Thanks for your time....

I cannot locate the vehicle speed sensor. I found two sensors on the transfer case and on the transmission but was told neither was the vss. Please advise

Mounted to the speedometer cable located at the rear driver's side of the transmission, or, possibly incorporated into the instrument cluster (Ford switched to doing this at some point prior to 1994 model year, which did not have traditional VSS.)

Where is the speed cable at for a 95 f150

I do not think this truck uses one, if it did the cable would be under the truck on the driver side going into rear of ******, you would see the cable, i am pretty sure this truck uses a sensor and not a cable, the sensor is on the rear of the ******, now this all depends on if this is 2wheel drive or 4 wheel drive.

i have also seen this trucks operate the speedo from the rear diff abs sensor, so check the ****** for a sensor on drivers side rear of transmission, if not the rear diff should have a sensor on the top area

Trying to install a new rear speed sensor and can not locate it on the truck... any ideas of where to find it? was told it was on the rear differential but couldn't find anything there...

if you are talking about the speed sensor that sends to the ecm and speedometer it is located on the driver side of the transmission near where the driveshaft exits the trans...park on a steep hill pointing down or you will loose alot of fluid during replacement.
