2005 santa fe overheating while in idle after about 20 min.

While driving no problem but if I idle for about 15 to 20 mins. the guage will show overheating put it in neutral and rev up alittle and goes back down.

That sounds like you may have a loose drive/fan belt. With the vehicle off (I like to clarify that) push down on the belt .. if it gives more than about 3/4" .. tighten it

The radiator cooling fans are not coming on for some reason...It is probably a fuse...check all of your fuses...there should be a fuse that just runs the cooling fans...look around the drivers side near the hood release for the fuse box
