Yes. there is a Technical Service Bulletin out on this problem. You can find it here: http://project-jk.com/jeep-jk-tsb-recalls/tsb-squeal-like-sound-due-to-incorrect-pre-load-on-clutch-throw-out-bearing

If there is a service bulletin or recall involved, some consideration will be given to that . Dealers will run a recall check on their computer and give you a printout if you ask for it. If no recalls etc, likely you will pay entire bill.

High pitched squeal when jeep idles or during deceleration. soonafter, clutch pedal jumped violently under my foot followed by engine stalling out. could not depress clutch pedal after that.

It sounds like your clutch bearing has gone they are usually on a pendulum system it screeches before it starts to go. Best get it checked.

The clutch was having a hard time going into gear. All of a sudden there was a high pitched squeal/scream coming from the transmission area.

that sounds like a throw out bearing failure-is there any adjustment at the slave cylinder-it may be holding the bearing against the clutch and causing the noise-this thread may help-http://www.jeepforum.com/forum/f9/how-change-bleed-clutch-slave-cylinder-511531/- cheers Denny

On2nd clutch 08 wrangler 1st one replaced @ 9000 mi.s throw out bearing makes noise again

I hope when the first clutch was replaced the throw out bearing was replaced. It sounds like you are either riding the clutch (foot resting on clutch pedal and partially depressing the clutch during normal driving) or the adjustment is incorrect. The throwout bearing should not contact the pressure plate unless the clutch pedal is depressed when adjusted correctly. The constant contact is what wears the bearing out prematurely.

I have a 90 jeep wrangler, 4cyl and 5 speed transmission, when i accelerate in any of the gears, it makes a popping noise and the second it makes that noise it seems like the jeep stops pulling, if you...

It sounds like it is the throw out bearing. From your description of the vehicle not pulling its weight, it is going to need a clutch. The throw out bearing will come in most clutch kits, so when you replace the clutch you can replace the throw out bearing, pressure plate, and pilot bushing.

Trow out bearing

to get the throwout bearing, the trans will need to be removed, and while its out, go ahead and replace the clutch, resurface the flywheel and replace the rear main oil seal.

Second tinme throw out bearing has to be replaced.

This is a weird one. Unless there is a TSB on bad bearings from the dealer, the only thing I could GUESS is a bad pressure plate, but you said you are replacing the whole thing.
