Battery died and i cant open my trunk with my key

You can use the key on the trunk lock and turn it counter clockwise. (some countries may not have external trunk lock) If you can open the hood, you can connect the battery to the jumper points in the engine compartment and you should be able to use your remote key or the internal button. If you have a conversable, you can try using the cigarette lighter connection to supply power.

Open the engine compartment and apply voltage to the alternator positive terminal or the boosting terminal in the engine area if you have one,this will give you power to open the trunk once the negative power is applied too.

You could try connecting a battery charger to the generator's output terminal since the battery is connected directly to it. Be extra careful not to short that connection to ground (chassis of the vehicle)!
After the battery has been charged enough, use your remote or the button for unlocking the trunk.
You may also look up for a large positive terminal in the engine compartment and connect the charger there.

Check your owners manual, there is usually a manual cable inside of the vehicle to release the trunk for just such an instance.

you may be able to hook up a jumper wire to the starter post from under the engine compartment using a jumper battery.

Please check all door close sensors for each door.

In the engine compartment you'll find a positive terminal you can use. Use jump cables to connect the positive and negative terminal of another car to this and some part well grounded in the engine compartment. After this your car got current from the other car and the trunk should now open. Brgds Jonas

I'm not sure if your 93 will have this, but most newer cars with batteries located outside of the engine compartment will have a positive post somewhere in the engine compartment that will let you hook up jumper cables to. You would then hook the negative to a safe engine ground.

you can charge the battery from the engine compartment. check your owners manual that is the correct place to jump and to charge the battery.
