LOL well look to see if there are screws because if its anything like my blazer or my neighbors silverado we dont have screws there just held in by clips and all you do is pull on the bottom portion till it comes out then pull the top part to fully release the whole grille EASY EASY and you can do as much as you want :)

Location of the fusebox in 1995 chevolet lumina


there is one on the passenger side right as you open the door on the dash panel. I will look right at you. The other is under the hood close to the antifreeze resovoir.
