Question about 2005 BMW X5
My car has been sitting since May and i would start my BMW every once and awhile but the last time I started it was around July 11th and a week later my battery was died and now today I went to unlock my BMW x5 car door and it wont unlock. Do I need to charge my battery?

Hi would there be a valid reason the key doesnt work in the door? the keys of bmw's are as reliable as they get usually? if there is no chance it will work you could try lubrication spray inthe acctual key hole carefully not to spray paint as this will damage it. if still no joy then i suggest that you get back in touch wit bmw dealer and explain wot has happened.
