manual transmission filler plugs are normally on the lhs facing forward around 1/2 way up the side of the box. Normally in the middle but can be forward or to the rear of centre. Normally the full line is at the bottom of the threads in the hole so fill until oil flows back out and let drain until the oil is level.
Was the electrode covered in oil? If it is, then that's bad it means your rings are bad. But if the insulator (white ceramic part) is covered in oil....then just the plug seals are bad on valve cover gasket.
They are right next to the oil filler cap on either the 4 cylinder or the V-6. The ignition coils are on top of them is why they can't be seen. The connectors and the coils need to be removed before you can take the spark plug out. A very easy task, isn't it. Wish you the best..
Pull the spark plug wires out one by one and check for oil on wire. Sometimes the valve cover spark plug hole gaskets leak oil into the spark plug hole and causes a misfire. If oil found clean with brake or carb cleaner and blow out with compressed air. also when car runs bad listen under hood for snapping noise this would be spark escaping to ground somewere. In a dark garage you might be able to see the spark.
