Its like there is no power going to the starter...it has a new battery new fuel pump..after the fuel pump was put in I went to the coast and back no problem..got up the next morning and it wouldn't start..tried jumping it off but wouldnt work..I noticed that when you turn the key on battery level goes up...radio comes on ..lights work but car won't start

Its likely that you have either a bad ignition switch or a bad neutral safety switch (if stickshift, clutch switch) Try starting in neutral...if it starts, change neutral switch (jump across clutch switch, check starting in neutral with your foot on the brake) Ignition switch is on top of steering column under dash.

Sounds like an antitheft problem I would start with the antitheft system. Usually when you only have one key all keys have to be programmed together even the original. When you have more than one it is easy to program additional keys.

starter wont click because there's not enough "juice" to turn it over. this isnt because of the battery as you have just replaced it. it is due to a bad alternator recharging the battery as you drive. if it were only a fuse it would be the solenoid in the starter. but if it had started after you installed the battery then its not the solenoid. solution: buy a refurbished alternator and

Ignition relay or fuse could be the problem. When you turn the key to start do you hear a fuel pump kicking on and or do you have spark when you hot wire the starter (I know it's hard to check while trying to start it)? You can email me back and I might be able to pinpoint it more.
