If the wiper motor isnt coming on, check the switch with a test light or voltage tester, unplug the motor turn switch on test the wires that go to the motor, if the are not hot, its your switch, if they are hot, its your motor.

try replacing fuse first but problem could be in the wiper switch or arm . like its not getting ground to shut off if you can see wiper motor under the hood on dashboard you might try putting switch in off position then unplug motor you might have to do this to stop them an position them in down spot changing that switch can cost because it all in the steering wheel good luck
the washer fluid could be empty / the fuse for the wiper blew / the relay went bad /if you tried to use the wipers without clearing ice away you blew the fuse/ if you just put water in instead of washer fluid it's frozen/ if the wiper works and there is windshield fluid in the tank and not water and all fuses are good the pump motor for the fluid went and is easy to change
No relay in the circuit. There is a delay module but if it fails that usually causes the wipers to stop in the middle of travel or only run on high. And the switch is working if you hear noise coming from the motor. The wiper switch is not the same switch as the turn signals but it is near that assembly. I would say if you have power to the wiper motor the motor is probably dead or something happened to the linkage to the arms.
Not 100% sure but check under the hood at the back of the motor where the wipers are there may be a fuse box there or on the passenger side under the dash board some cars have a fuse box on both sides! HOPE this helped Good Luck!
use a test lamp to check for power ..check to ensure fuse is not loose or blown and possibly if it s intermittent wipers the lever could be bad if you have power there to the wiper motor and the fuse is good most likely the wiper lever is gone you will need to replace it they are best from a junkyard about 50.00 or 195.00 from a dealer plus installation fees but ck for power 1 st
The ground wire for the wiper motor is actually the bolts that go into the firewall. As the bolts corrode, the ground is lost, causing intermittent "failure" of the wiper motor. Clean the corrosion from the bolts and the wiper motor, then run an additional ground wire from the motor to the frame...that should resolve the problem.
