Replace the brakeswitch. Be sure to use factory parts, they are very sensitive and aftermarkets may not work.

SOURCE: the ABS ,BAS& ASR lights keep coming up

ABS--BAS

Most likely cause is the 'stop lamp switch'
It is a electric switch located on the brake pedal inside the car, about half way up on the brake pedal.
Pretty cheap too, I think the switch is only like $25 bucks.
2 connectors on the switch and then it turns out.
hope that helps

Sorry but if you are in asia then all the software is encrypted on this vehicle just like in europe the only model you read is the american market vehicles because of the american emmisions test all cars must be able to be read by a code reader ,try disconnecting the battery and joining the cables together overnight and then re-connect and see what happens other than that hope your credit card is clear when you end up in the merc dealers

Bas asr light is on

Had same problem.
At the same time the cruise control aint working either ?
My solution, (how my problem was fixed was to change the
switch behind the break pedal, ie the switch which regulates yr
rear stoplights. In my case this switch was worn out and malfunctioned.
This is a 2min job, and part aint expensive.

Passat 200, intermittently break/ABS/ASR/STOP lights come ON

Try carefully topping up the brake fluid, this can happen when the level falls as the pads wear down especially when cornering

BAS ASR problem

ok, first you have to clear the codes.
in this type of cars you cannot clear codes with a regular obd II it has to be the factory scanner or similar. after you clear the codes drive it for a while. when light comes back on scan it again and that is going to be your true problem. if you replaced the switch but didn't clear the code the light will be still on because the computer doesn't know that you fixed the problem. so try it out and let me know if worked.
