Question about 2004 Volvo XC90
Most likel the ignition cylinder has failed and will need to be replaced. It has break away bolt that have to be drilled out. I suggest you take it to a reputable shop for the repairs since the steering wheel, contact reel, and steering wheel module have to be removed to get to it.
