Have they checked the crank angle sensor? It will generally be fine until it heats up then when it stops (around a few km of driving) so does all the spark! Then when it cools down it will start again.
I would definitley say it was something to do with the immobiliser as you seem to have everything else checked out already. there is not much that is capable of stopping the whole system from working like that. does this problem happen and take 10-15 mins each time it breaks down? if so then i would say it is. if it is random and no fixed pattern to the breakdowns and the engine is cutting out completeley then you may find it is a really bad earthing problem.

the mechanics found nothing, changed plugs and cables, changed the oxygen sensor they said they cannot find anything, there is a remote starter but i do not have the remore
if the problem seems to be systematic (aklways the same amount of time to restart after breaking down then you have to be looking at any factory fitted/ aftermarket immobilisers as this is pretty much what they are designed to do. if it is sporadic then you might be looking at something completely different. try monitoring it for bout two days and seeing if its approx same ammount of time each time and if not then please feel free to update this string and i will endevour to answer more thoroughly, please could you supply as much info as you know though to make it a little easier.

could you please be a little more specific on this, what did mechanic say bout the prob?
