Re: How do I change the head lights in 1994 Silverado?
1.remove the bezel retaining screws there should be 2 on the front inside (near grille 1 top 1 Bottom) and then 1 on top under the hood(near the fender side) then 1 more straight below it under the bottom light (4 Scews in total) *** make sure not to turn your adjustment screws
2.pull the sealed baem unit forward and disconnect the plug from behind

On a 99 chevy silverado if equipped with auto headlamps there is a sensor on the dash near the front center of dash a small black bubble. If it is covered it will cause the lights to stay on. The day time running lights are typically seperate from the head lamps
The side marker light must be removed in order to get at the turn signal light.
There are two screws holding the side marker light which is situated above the turn signal.
Open the hood.
Remove the phillips head screw at the top of the side marker light.
Using a long #2 Phillips screwdriver, remove the screw on the outside of the side marker light. This can be seen by looking between the lower side of the side marker light and the top side of the turn signal.
The side marker can be moved.
The turn signal has one screw on the top of the fixture that must be removed.
Slide out the turn signal fixture. There is a small feature on the lower front corner of the turn signal fixture that you must note to properly reinstall the turn signal.
In order to get to the bulb, rotate the bulb socket 1/4 turn CW or CCW. The bulb socket is loose.
The bulb is simply pressed into the socket.
Not sure of the type, but it can be found at your locale auto parts store.
The bulb is used in several places on the 1994 GC, so get apacket with two, if possible.
Assembly in reverse. Be careful not to overtighten the screws as they are replaced.
I hope you were asking about the head lamp.Depending what style you have .If you look at the front and see four screws and the headlamps have a chrome bezel around it then you will have to take the whole light out the front. If both head lamps are one piece then the bulbs gets removed from the back.Squeeze and turn then remove the wireing harness.
deep inside head unit at front is the led to replace .. likely soldered into a board there as a non replaceable part ..remove head unit ..disassemble to get behind front panel...good luck..maybe this is not a worthwhile project money/ time wise.... my 2 cents
open the tailgate there should be 2 screws at the edge then the tail light will pop out then there are 2 hex head screws that hold the printed circut board to the lense, remove this and the bulbs are on the board.
