Check to see if the front or rear bulb illuminate when you set the TS switch to the right or left. If the bulbs light in only the front or rear you have a signal head issue.
Let me know.
Regards,
Looks like your dirctional flasher unit has gone bad. You will find it in or near the fuse box on the drivers side under dash. Should be a small silver or gold colored round metal can.
Good luck, let me know.
Regards,
So if you turn the right turn signal on , what happens?
Do the hazard flashers work correctly?
Let me know.

Have any of the bulbs been replaced lately? The right and left sides are completely separated at the turn signal switch. In order for them to cross over to the other side, the 2 separate circuits would have to be shorted together through the hazard switch or an incorrect bulb or shorted bulb in the front or back.
When all bulbs are lighted, does any one particular bulb look brighter?
Let me know.
Brandon, remove the rear bulbs, step on the brakes and see if the front lights stay out. If OK, replace each rear bulb one at a time until you get the problem. Check bulb and socket replace defective component.
Let me know.
