You have to remove the intake manifold to get access and replace it

cam timing fault, either engine is sludged, timing is off or you have a faulty cam timing pulley, These pulleys can leak engine oil in timing cover and due to bleed down the fault 62 can be set, If you see engine oil in timing cover you may need a t-belt job, actuator pulley and while doing this, a flame trap service,

A flame trap for what? Who said you need a flame trap? I think you are being BSd. If you own a Volvo then ask a Volvo mechanic.

How do you change the pcv valve on 94 volvo 850 glt

It has a flame trap, no PCV valve per say. On your air inlet tube come from the throttle housing you'll see it. Disconnect the hose from throttle and air box.
remove and twist flame trap out, replace plactic screen and reinstall.

Flame trap replacement....

tubos dont have flame traps,clean out all the vac lines ports and the 5/8 hose running over top of your valve cover/but if you had a none turbo it would be on the drivers side,back of engine,below the intake with a 5/8 size black hose hooked to it inside the end of it were a small vac line connects
