Dodge drango 2000 will not idle in cold weather until warmed-up

I would test, or replace my IAT sensor . (Intake air temperature sensor)
If it's defective, it will send wrong signal, thus wrong mixture for cold engine.

2000 durango running rough at idle and higher rpms, no codes, transmission shifting out on high side, 1st gear? 5.9L R/T package

No dash lights at all? Try replacing your speed sensor on your rear differential. Its a very small sensor on the top of the diff case. They are very cheap to replace so you wont be out much money if this solution doesnt work.

The 5.9L engine runs but will not Idle.

could be the idle air control valve, vacuum leak or a bad throttle position sensor.

2000 Dodge Durango - hard start, engine cuts off

It is possible that you may have a sensor problem.
Either the Idle position sensor / Throttle position sensor and / or MAF sensor.
These usually work together sending signals and information to the ECU. Usually these sensors work with a designated voltage and resistance capabilities. If any of these sensors are not working properly it is common for the truck to shut off unexpectedly or at start up.
You might want to check and test all your sensors that involve the intake and Mass Air Flow (MAF). I am not a mechanic but I know a few tid bits here n there about cars.

2001 4.7 dodge durango engine stalls at idle or while driving no check engine light on most the time...what is the problem ...

It could be a couple differentthings, first I would check the EGR Valve, it could be sticking open/leaking. Or it could be IAC valve (idle air control) sticking or faulty. Or it could be the MAF sensor faulty or damaged.

2000 durango shifts out of overdrive when using cruise control.

My Durango did the same exact thing. It would seem it was shifting from o/d to third constantly while driving down the road. As it turns out, it was the throttle position sensor. This may or may not solve your problem, but is a good place to start.

Runing high rpm while in idle

First check for a loose hose or a vacuum leak. If you do not find a leak most likely the throttle position sensor is stuck and causing the truck to idle high. The throttle position sensor sticks, and if this happens you will need to replace it.
