Question about 1997 Mercury Mountaineer
I'M A WOMAN AND FIGURED I COULD FIX THE PARKING BREAK ON A 1997 MERCURY MOUNTAINEERI TOOK IT THOUGH INSPECTION AND IT STATES THAT THE PARKING BREAK DOES NOT HOLD VEHICLE. DOES IT NEED TO BE AJUSTED? AND IF IT DOES HOW DO I DO IT?
Most likely the parking brake shoes need to be replaced. they have a tendency to rust and break off and the brake wont hold
