Question about 1993 Honda Accord
My 1993 Honda Accord has stalled a couple of times, and the other day didn't start all together. I pushed it next door to the car garage and when they had time to look at it it started and ran fine, and has run fine ever since. Very afraid of getting stranded. The garage suspected the distributor, but got it wet and could't stall it. Maybe the fuel pump, but they did'nt want to fix what wasn't broke. They also told me that the distributor was $350.00. I find parts on line for much less. Does that price seem high?
Sounds like the main relay very common for these cars and much cheaper located under the dash distributor is another common problem but when they go out it makes a noise which you can hear coming from it while it is running.
