You won't have power at the controls, only a ground. Follow this link - http://www.dakota-durango.com/forum/showthread.php?t=65326

In the fuse block. Remove each fuse 1 by 1 and replace until you find the blown one.

Heater blower not working 2003 Dodge caravan, replaced the reister, and still not working. No powerto the fuse in the control center by the battery? any suggestions? thanks , Rusty

on the back of the fuse block you can jumper the fuse with a circuit that is toggled by the key switch so the blower turns off with the key switch.

1996 dodge dakota heater fan not working

FIRST THING MAKE SURE YOU CHECK ALL FUSES UNDER DASH AND IN POWER DISTRIBUTOIN BOX UNDER HOOD LET ME KNOW TAKE TEST LIGHT SEE IF ANY VOLTAGE ON MOTOR IF SO BAD MOTOR IF NO VOLTAGE THEN LOCATE THE BLOWER MOTOR RESISTOR FOR SPEED CONTROL....COMMON PROBLEM... THIS COULD BE LOCATED UNDER DASH ON PASSENGER SIDE IN THE HEATER CORE BOX OR UNDER HOOD PASSENGER SIDE NEAR FIRE WALL...THEY ARE ALSO COMMON FOR BURNING OPEN CAUSING NO FAN
