Hi Gabriel_curr,

There are two air injectors on your blazer.
The air pump is located under the front bumper on the right hand side. It's about the size of a soft ball. If replaced, remember to get the breather vent extension kit. If you don't replace this, the pump will go out again due to water getting in the pump.

Hope I've helped, don't forget to rate.

HOW DO I REMOVE A AIR PUMP FROM A 2001 CHEVY BLAZER

unbolt it! Make sure you dont have to have it for emission testing in your state. And your truck will not run properly after removal. Your check engine light will be on because to o2 sensors will read to much carbons.

Where is the secondary air system one way check valve located on a 2001 chervolet s-10 sr blazer

If you follow the hose from the pump it should go to a valve and tube that connects to the exhaust.
Depending on the trouble code, you may need the check valve on the end of that tube.

On a 2001 chevy s1o blazer,4.3 engine, what is the secondary air injection system, what does it do, and where is it located

it injects air into the exhaust to reduce emissions, burn off carbon monoxide and hydrocarbons. it is a system of tubes and pump, best bet is diagrams, which i cant post here, so suggest chilton or hayes repair manual $30 at auto stores with trouble shooting, diagrams, and directions.

2001 ZR-2 BLAZER HAS 4.3 V6 KEEPS GIVING P 0410 trouble code = secondary air injection system. What is this fault code saying and what is the fix?

your vehicle has an air pump that puts air in to the exhaust cooling it to reduce nox gasses most likely the pump has sucked up water shorting it out and blowing the fuse. there is an updated pump inlet and pump to fix this problem also need to replace the fuse after replacing pump.

2001 Chev blazer, brakes have been bled, peddle

You probably have air between the master cylinder and the abs pump. Fill the reservior and have someone pump the brake and bleed the primary lines at the abs pump. Good luck.

Secondary air injection pump location 2001 chevy blazer

under the radiator on the passenger side of the truck. There is a little splash guard you will need to remove to see it, The guard is held in with 4 15mm headed bolts, then you will be able to see the bottom of the air pump.
