No goto an auto parts store and ask them to pull the diagnostic trouble codes from your computer then re post what the codes are and I can tell you what the problem is

Get yourself a compression tester and remove all spark plugs and proceed to check the compression for this motor the readings should all be above 110 psi, the car may have jumped a tooth on the timing belt and requires a new belt to be installed.
