SOURCE: brake pads specifications

I just searched google and looked at JC Whitney. They have brake parts and ship internationally. (don't know cost) But it's worth looking into!

Remove rear brakes from 2006 jeep grand cherokee laredo

its very easy. Pull tires off after putting vehicle on jack stands. There are only 2 bolts that holt the caliper on the rotor. Once you remove those bolts, the caliper will slide off. the break pad removal can be a little tricky, as you must depress a button with a screw driver in order to get he pads out. I recommend having two people to do this part. Once the old pads are out, us either a c-clamp or a pair of chanel locks to push the piston back in. Once the piston is back in, insert the new pads, place the caliper back on the rotor and reinsert the two bolts. I dont know the specs of the bolts, but be sure not to tighten them too much as you can damage parts to the brake system. It literally took me 20 minutes to do my brakes.

My 97 jeep grand cherokee makes a chirping sound under front

The noise and the light may or may not be related. The noise may be the wear indicator on the brake pads touching the rotor (they are supposed to do that when brakes are worn) The abs light triggers off a wheel on the axle end. If you have a bad joint on the axle, it could be noisy and causing the wheel to not have the proper clearance to the abs sensor. You really need to take the wheel and brake assembly off and carefully inspect everything. Make sure all abs sensor wires are undamaged...it doesn't have to be at the same wheel that's chirping.

Just replaced rotors and pads {front} and i hear a thump noise and steering wheel shimies a bit. 2002 jeep grand cherokee laredo

firstly make sure that the rotor and pad are the same with the former ones and secondly bleed the brake system to remove air fromthe syetem lastly check your wheel balancing. I hope this will help
