Question about 2002 Dodge Neon
It is most likely the wheel speed sensor and it's on the driver side of the neon. you will have to take off the front driver side wheel and you should see a small black box that's the sensor that's the one that most times goes out ask for one at your auto parts store they are pretty cheap if you buy it first you will better know what your looking for.
