Question about 1999 Dodge Ram
I have a 1999 dodge ram 1500 truck that none of the interior lights will come on, I have a dome light and 2 map lights and i have checked the bulbs, fuses and switch. I am at a dead end. Please can anyone help ?
I had the same problem and could not understand why I THOUGHT I checked all the fuses, but there is a fuse on the drivers side which is covered by a black thing (no idea why). It is listed as IOD or something. If you lift the black thing up and remove the fuse you will notice it is blown. Replace this and all will be well again.

My dodge was doing the same thing i had two wire short out and then i lost my radio and interior lights, i started checking fuses and everything was fine so i pulled the radio out to check and see if i had power at the radio, i had power to all the wires but the yellow(memory), so i got some electricla connecters made to conect 2 wires without spliceing them, i put tht on the yellow and the red(power) so they were connected to one another. as soon as tht was done i had my radio back and my interior lights. it fixed my problem, but im eventually gonna trace the memory wire and replace it but theres a fix for ya!
