The code 41 is indicating an EST control issue. I would check you connection at the ignition module, make sure the connector is locked securely and there is no corrosion in the connector or terminal pins on the ignition module.
The EST is your electronic spark timing control, the module is not switching over to ECM controlled timing. The ECM sets the code when it can not take over control of the timing. If the connections look good, you likely have an ignition module that has gone bad.
Good luck and let me know.
Regards,

1992 Buick LeSabre. OBD Code 41 on Buick LeSabre??

The fact that it happens more in rain and snow, makes me think this it is a bad or corroded connection somewhere.

Ses light on code po102 and po171 2000 buck lesabre

Have 2000 Buick Lesabre custom every time car gets up to operating temp. the engine misses going down the road , also let car sit and idle and it shuts off after about 2 minutes , my code reads PO171 system to lean bank 1, changed co2 censor, mass air flow censor, plug wires, and plugs.

Codes 17 and 41 even after cam replacement

Check and make sure your battery cables are clean and tight. You may want to check your ground wires inside the car, under the carpet. I had a bad ground under there.

I have a 2000 buick lesabre. The fix engine soon

It NEVER was the camshaft sensor! Unless, you've removed the engine lately, which I doubt.
RUN to Advance Auto Parts and buy a can of "SeaFoam" and add to your gas tank per instructions...drive at least 100 miles and the problem should go away...IF it doesn't you'll have to replace the O2 sensors in the exhaust system...Any good mechanic should be able to do this for much less $$ than the dealership DO NOT go to the dealer for repairs!
Good Luck

Service engine light is on in my 2004 Buick LaSabre

the service engine soon light means a fault has occurred in the engine or emission system's electronic controls, it has nothing to do with any service you did in most cases, there are over 150 problems that turn the light on, to find out what the problem may be go to any Kragen Auto or Autozone parts store and ask them to run a OBD 2 trouble code test, IT IS FREE. then post the code back here for us to look at, which is also FREE.
