It has instructions and guides for finding and replacing the fuses in a 2001 Ford Taurus. It starts on page 146-147.
Always use the specific Owner's Manual for the correct Model Year of a Ford or Mercury vehicle. I recently purchased a 2001 Ford Taurus, and had thought that I could use the Owner's Manual from a 1999 Mercury Sable from a friend.
