Is it the pressure hose or the return hose?
if its the pressure hose and your power steering is working fine before it blows then the releaf valve is bad in the pump and you would need too replace the pump also
if its the return hose then they are either not clamping it or its not strong enough too hold the pressure e.g. wrong one for it!!!

depends on if you got the extended package and what your dealer offered at the time of purchase, But I would certainly check with the dealer, about that leak, but I doubt the power steering hose problem added to that

My AC worked great until last year and then after a power steering hose leak was discovered, the ac until stopped blowing cold air. I took it and paid 75.00 to have it recharged with coolant and it worked...

My air conditioner started blowing hot air last summer. I put coolant in it and didn't run it until the beginning of summer this year (2011). All of a sudden it started working again. Sometimes it blows hot but if I keep it running full blast the coolness comes back. I don't know why this happened.

Lucky you! I have the same issue with my '06 Impala LT. It is run off the serpentine belt and it is at the top front of the engine. 2006 Chevy Impala Heater only works when accelorater is depressed

Impalas are known for this issue, where the heating won't work properly.... usually caused by trapped air/bubbles in cooling system or slightly low coolant level. Park car so that the right front side is elevated and remove the coolant OVERFLOW bottle cap (NEVER the radiator cap) while engine is running.. This should allow the trapped air to escape. Also add a bit more coolant if needed.

Power steeing fluid leaks

try replacing the o ring or use double o rings between the reservoir and pump, pressure builds from use and the fluid blows out of this o ring even after the vehicle is off. When the dealer replaces the pump they re-use the reservoir and o ring so the problem does not get fixed. The fluid runs down the pump and the lines to the rack, instead of washing the engine and observing where the fluid is leaking from, they replace good parts until they find the problem. Sometimes one o ring isn't enough.
