I would start with it being blown fuse, which would be located under the dash on the drivers side

Power windows, wipers, and lights don't work.

I think your problem is the electric control module. its a little black box under the dash that controls the head lights and parklights and interior lights. your doors have a switch by the door latch, when you open the door. use a screw drive to lock the door with out closing it . then see if the fuse still pops. if it does yous problem is the latch itself

2 possible problems one might be the ignition switch is not powering up those components, the other might be the gem module its like a body control module and it runs those components

Power windows

sounds like you have a problem with the gem module, (generic electronics module). This is a common problem with most ford trucks and suv's. you can find it behind the knee bolster on the drivers side under the dash.... hope this info helps.

I have a 2001 f150 ( no power to the idle air control )is thair a relay or fuse ?

no fuse or relay-----1 wire to all sensors should have what they call 5 volts reference--if the dont--try swapping relays under hood fuse box---owners manuall tells you what & where relays are for--look for EEC relay--electronic engine control----swap with fuel pump relay--some times they are the same---if that doesnt work check all grounds by battery & even ones that go to body
