Question about 2000 Chrysler Grand Voyager
If all the other windows work then it will not be the fuse (sorry) and i would say the motor will normally freeze up before the switch will stop working for just one window.
If you are up to taking the panel off and unpluging the motor you could check to see if the motor is getting power with a simple test light grounded to the car body and tested on each wire as you push the switch up and down.
