Thats what you will ask for tranny cooler lines. They will be 2 molded hoses that go from the trans to the radiator. Dont forget to replace the hose clamps also.

I had the same problem with my 2002 Neon and the transmission fluid was mixing with the coolant. You cant fix it yourself...Either pull the radiator and take it to a rad shop or replace the rad as I did. If the coolant gets into the transmission you will also need a transmission flush. The fitting you are talking about has come loose from the transmission cooler tank inside the rad.Its a common problem with neons I got a new rad from NAPA and changed it myself, and it was a lot of work. Good luck. The manual also says to replace the flexible tranny lines.

Look at the front and rear seals and the drain pan gasket. Maybe put a drip pan or large piece of cardboard underneath car after running it until it is warmed up.

Sounds like the transmission cooler tank with in the radiator has gone bad, the transmission lines can go on either way, does not matter, replace radiator and have cooling system flush and have a transmission flush also done.

2003 Neon SXT Tranny Oil In Radiator

I'm not possitive but there is usually a vent tube on top of the transmission, may be possible that dirt or something is clogging it up. That would cause the tranny to build up pressure. But to blow the seal on a new radiator, I wouldn't imagine that. My opinion would be that the new radiator wasn't put together correctly. But just in case the vent tube did cause it to let go, check the vent. I hope that you find the problem. Best wishes.

1999 plymouth voyager water in trani fluid

your radiator has another little radiator inside the main radiator this is called transmission cooler seems to be than the cooler has a hole or is broken the main reason for this to happend is becasue the antifreeze or coolant is not been serviced at least every 50k miles or when you mix wo diferent coolants like diferent colors they get contaminated and create acids and start corrosion in the coolant system have the radiator replaced and flush the cooling system wiht lost of water then add only the designated antifreeze on greeen coolant 50/50 mix they sell it allready mix but if you but the one is not mix mix it with 50/50 coolant and destilated water but i recomend to buy 50/50/ green coolant
