1990 PLYMOUTH VOYAGER SE,3.0

THE USUAL NOISE THAT ACCOMPANIES THE FUEL PUMP WHEN THE KEY IS TURNED ON, IS NOT HAPPENING. WHEN I LOOK AT MY BOOK IT TELLS ME TO CHECK THE RELAY TO THE FUEL PUMP. I HAVE LOWERED MY FUEL TANK AND TESTED THE TWO WIRES TO THE REAR OF THE CAR. THERE IS NO POWER TO THE FUEL PUMP. MY BOOK SHOWS THE RELAYS ON THE INSIDE OF THE HOOD. I HAVE REMOVED AND EXCHANGED THE THREE RELAYS THAT ARE THE SAME AND STILL CANNOT FIND THE PROBLEM. THERE ARE TWO OTHER RELAYS ,HOW DO I KNOW WHICH ONE GOES TO THE FUEL PUMP? my book only shows a 1988 model .

93 Plymouth Voyager will not start, the Fuel Pump isn't whirring when the key is turned.

You should always hear the pump. Check the electrical connections after you check to fuse.

Where is the rollover switch on the fuel line, and where is it located in a 1990 Plymouth Voyager. Van hasn't been driven in about 6 years. Fuel pump was working ,now it isn't. It is a EFI...

The switch is a check valve. no electrical to it. It is located on top of the tank. Try hitting the bottom of the tank. if the fuel pump starts working then replace the pump.

1990 3.3L plymouth voyager fuel problem, the van will turn over but isnt getting any fuel....need to either get a relay? or a fuel pump, it looks like there are 2 fuel pumps in the tank? eeeer!

one pump. Check for power to the pump there should be power anytime the engine is cranking or running. If there is no power than you can work your way back through the wiring, relays, fuses. If there is power and there is no fuel pressure than the pump has probably failed.

On my 1994 plymouth voyager the 3 wire harness to fuel pump (blue wire) doesn't have 12 volts; should it? fuel pump quit then worked once when hot-wired with 12 volts. fuse and relay is good.

The wire should not be hot until the relay is triggered. The relay does not get triggered until the ignition key is turned on. It will run for 3-5 seconds or until the system pressure it at max.
