There should be a fuse on the stereo itself, to remove it you will need the special radio pins to remove

What is year--make--model of vehicle? If power windows won't work, look up wiring diagram for power windows, start by checking voltage and ground . I always check the basics, first. Fixing one system may or may not fix the others?

Is there another fuse besides the fuse in the kick panel that controls the radio because the fuse inside the panel don't have any power coming to it

The Base Radio uses 2 fuses: Fuse #14 (10 Amp) has power only with the ignition switch in RUN or ACC and Fuse #5 (10 Amp) Hot at all times.
The Premium Radio uses those same two fuses and also uses Fuse #8 (20 Amp) which is hot at all times.
All of these fuses are located in the juction block at the left end of the dash.

The fuse box is on the drivers side either on the side of the dash by the door jam, behind the change holder, or up underneath the drivers side dash, there are also more fuses in a box under the hood please rate

Speedometer, odometer, and radio quit working all of a sudden. All other guages work. I have all other lights.

First thing I would look at would be the fuses under the dash on the driverside. there should be a panel with the diagram for the under dash fuses on it. check the fuses for the radio and speedometer. if the fuse it blown replace it. if it keeps blowing then you have a short somewhere between the fuse box and the corresponding equipment.

Door locks stopped working, also lights do not work

ok first, the radio, if you pull radio out and remove the 10 amp fuse in the back of the radio for a few min it will reset the radio, then is "check" comes back on you need a new radio. now for the rest , it seems as though you have blown a fuse, there is a fuse panel under driverside dash. ignore what the panel says the fuses are for just look at or test them all and replace any bad fuses. another fuse block is near battery in engine compartment , check all of them to. this should fix it. if it doesn't let me know and i'll help walk you through any other testing needed. good luck.

Cant find the fuses

normally it is under the dash on the driverside and one under the hood on the driverside near the front of the car also if you have an aftermarket radio there maybe an inline fuse you have to look for too and these wires are normally behind the radio
