Question about 2000 Chevrolet Camaro
Hello Ive had my camaro for about 4 months now and I've run into some problems. Engine light comes on computer says injectors with a misfire but not which one. Replaced all 8. Car acted ok all cleared up then right back to running rough producing foul fuel smell still. Gave the car a tuneup gapped all plugs changed fuel filter. Now the computer says 2 open circuits and 2 misfires. Ive let it sit start it and still alot of exhaust comes out the muffler. The tank is getting low and I have tried fuel injector cleaners as well. Currently it is giving off a different exhaust smell but the oil level is fine. I am absolutely baffled any suggestions to help me would be appreciated thanks to all.
Did you put the platinum plugs back in.get a noid light test the injector wires make sure they are working . when you hook noid light up these should have a steady blink .if light dont blink just light up.you got pcm problems .if you get no lights you have open wire.besure to check ignition coils that control those misfiring cylinders.
