If this is a tuning box for your vehicles ECU get an expert to fit it because if you get it wrong it will cost you a stupidly huge amount of money to put right. THE GOLDEN RULE! Leave engine tuning to the experts!
replace it. there is a connection or a short in the sensor that's throwing the code. Get your Saab parts at Carquest Auto Parts, They have a WORLDPAC division for all hard to find(and easy) parts. trust me, you will save a fortune on Saab, Mercedes, Volvo and other high end parts.
Generally, these parts are car specific and rarely interchangeable, body parts especially; however check on the Saab Depot website as they do show what parts will fit alternate vehicles : http://www.saabdepot.com/
Hope this helps, if it does, please give it a "thumbs up"!
having a problem with my 1995 saab 95 when having the muffler change all of a sudden the casket and the value are blowed, those this happen offen, or is it related to the muffler that this can happen, please help me with this? Hperez
Try basic tune up (SPARK PLUG WIRES, Spark Plugs, Distributor CAP, Rotor) and adjust timing if you know how. This is the basic place to start. I this doesn't work then we move on. A GOOD tune up goes along way.
Tune to the first and lowest station on the band that you want and push and hold button number one (in the row of buttons immediately below the station display) until the number shows on the display and flashes. Pre-set one is now that station. Repeat, using button two for the next, and so on, until you have all the stations you want programmed.
