Dodge ram fuel pump, Caused by frontal Accident?

You may have a dead fuel pump or the ground could be loose. Check your connections.

You're going to have to get a second opinion by someone in person.
There is nothing you can do online.
If the collision managed to jam something into the front of the timing cover or lock up the crankshaft, I guess its possible.
But highly unlikely.

I would suspect either the vent is clogged or bent on the fuel tank or evap canister, or the tank has been crushed. Has the vehicle been in a rear end accident or bottomed out while off road or something similar?

The emergency fuel shut off switch is present to prevent gas fires in the event of an accident. It is an impact switch and disengages power to the pump after an accident. There has been situations where an accident caused fuel lines to break, the key was still supplying power to the pump, and a car fire resulted. This switch prevents such fires. Fuel pump is located inside your fuel tank.Sometimes if you have involved in an accident there is automatic shut off switch that will kill the fuel pump operations and prevent fire durring accident.Chek your manual for fuel pump shut off switch. Sometimes is located in the Trunk or in front of vehicle on driver side under dash on left side panel.

In the U.S. it is around 14 mph if you strike a fixed barrier and around 28 mph if you strike a parked car or similar object with a full frontal blow. Other types of accidents which are at an angle or not full frontal is determined by that particular manufacture and the year the car was made. The ECU will determine when to deploy the system in different types of scenarios.

1998 4wd club cab, same problem, found 2"x2" box the seat belts are pluged into luckgood under the middle of the front seat, gave it a good tap and I'am good to go.

What part are you calling the ASD? Yes there is a fuel pump cut off switch.

This could be caused by what is called a "fuseable link" it is a piece of wire that is designed to carry only so much amperage (current) sometimes when you have an accident and you have electrical shorts caused by the accident the fuseable link will break because of the electrical short. Some cars have fuseable links going to the starter solinoid and if these short out the car will not start. On the focus the fuel cut off switch is located on the passenger kick panel under the dash. The ones I have seen have a red button and you have to press down on them to reset them.
