I think you are talking about the quarther glass, and that it opens. The part you are referring to would be a dealer only item / or salvage yard. But at the dealership parts departement they could pull up pictures and you could point at the part you need and either order or have it instock. Will not cost very much.

How TO Diagnose Air Suspention on 2001 Ford Expadition

If compressor is running, a spray bottle with a soapy water solution should reveal right where the leak is. Easiest to shot across the vehicle from underside. Driver side- shoot from passenger side, and passenger side shoot from drivers side.

If no bubbles appear, the issue may be in the valve controls.

Where would I find the fuel filter for a 2003 Ford Expedition? Can you show me a diagram?

I don't have a diagram, but the filter is on the driver side in front of the rear wheel. In between the gas tank and the frame you will see a black plastic cover about 12 inches long. Pop off the cover and you will see the filter. Very simple to change, just push on the blue clips and pull the lines off, be prepared for some fuel.

03 expedition sunroof stuck open

Just got mine closed on 2001 expedition sunroof. After removing all Phillips and hex head screws and clips and unplugging the side and rear lights the headliner came right out. Yes it takes a bit of time but once clear I was able to take a hex head to the motor and begin to close it a bit and then tried it with the button and it closed. After trying it several times to make sure it was working I put everything back up and although now short one JC bar screw it is finished. I read that sometimes the motor goes back too far and locks itself out from going forward. Good luck and it is a wee bit cheaper than going to a dealership and pay someone to do it and pay their overhead/profits.

How to remove a interior door panel for a 2001 ford expedition

Pop the small triangle panel off at the front of the door, by the side mirror and remove the screw. Then remove the red and white lens at the bottom of the door and remove that screw. Lastly pop off the plastic insert by the inside door handle and remove the door hande using a rachet and extension, dont remember the size of bolt. Once that is off the door panel should lift straigt up after that. There are none of the plastic tabs that are secured to the door panel that get inserted to the door frame like other cars.

You did not mention whether it was a front or rear door? I assume its a front because u stated no screws.

Here are instructions for front door:

Remove the plastic trim from behind mirror(just snaps on).
Remove the window switch panel(just snaps on).
Remove the screw behind the mirror cover.
Remove the screw behind the window switch panel.
Remove the courtesy lamp lens.
Remove the screw in the courtesy lamp housing.
Remove the inside door handle trim cover.
Remove the inside door handle bolt.
Lift upward and then outward to remove the front door trim panel

Removing door panel and repairing regulator on 98 ford expedition

the panel is held on with plastic fasteners, just pop all them off by putting a screw driver between the pannel and the door and pop em, these plastic fasteners break real easy so i would go buy a few replacements before you get ready to re-install

2001 ford expedition spark plug location

That's because they are hidden quite well. If you look at the engine, you'll see yellow plastic prongs (?) that look like spark plugs, but hook up to the silver tubing.  That's the fuel injectors.  BUT, right behind the yellow plugs, are black ones.  The black one is the connector to the spark plug.  The plug itself sits about 4 inches down into the block of the engine.  They are a real pain, and from what I can tell, you only have decent access to the first 2-4 of them, then they get too far back and start going under the dash (you'll see what I mean when you get there).

Handle on the back the opens the tailgate and rear window is very loose....

I have an '01 Expedition XLT. I seem to remember a safety recall on the back latch that involved replacing the handle. Maybe yours never had the recall work done.
