Question about 1998 Plymouth Neon
You might think about checking the relay/fuse for the ignition/starter, if you look in the owners manual that will tell you exactly which ones to look at. if you have done that then start looking for a wire that was missed upon reassemble of the starter. 10-12 gauge signal wire may not be hooked up or it might be broken up the wire some where. check it out and let me know if i can try and help you anymore.
